At Pet Store Systems, we proudly welcome all types of customers—from retailers and wholesalers to pet professionals and passionate multi-pet owners seeking access to better pricing. Whether you’re buying for business or simply caring for a growing pet family, you’re welcome here.

There’s no need to create an account to place an order—you can check out as a guest at any time. However, we highly recommend opening an account to enjoy a smoother shopping experience. Registered customers can track their orders, view purchase history, reorder quickly, and receive early updates on product availability or restocks. Additionally, having an account helps us provide faster and more accurate support if questions arise later.

How To Order

Customers can place orders through various methods: by phone (using the product code only), via our website, through email, or using electronic data transfer (EDI). To ensure same-day shipping, please place your order by 1:30 p.m. using any of these methods. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Any orders placed after 1:30 p.m. may be shipped the next business day. Our warehouse is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and we are closed on bank holidays.

• In-Store Purchases. A minimum purchase of €50 applies to all in-store transactions, without exception. This policy mirrors our online purchase requirements.

Please be ready with the following information when you call to place your order:

• Account Number

• Form of payment

• Shipping Address (if different from Bill-to on the account)

• A list of product codes speeds up the process of placing your order. (Please kindly check the product codes on our website before your call.)

• Purchase Order Number (if your business uses Purchase Orders)

• Requested In-Store Arrival Date (you can choose the arrival date of your order)

After you place your order, we will pick and package your products to ensure availability. Once they are ready for shipment, we will call you to collect your credit or debit card details for payment.

 *All orders must be credit-cleared by 2:00 pm to be shipped the same day. The Same-Day Shipping Policy does not apply to new shipping addresses.

 

Delivery

Online Orders

All orders are shipped via DPD Distribution. Tracking available.

DPD Ireland leads the field in next-day parcel delivery throughout Ireland, with 38 regionally based depots. Pet Store Systems customers enjoy an ISO9001:2008 accredited service and a reliable, speedy, and professional customer-focused approach. There is also an online parcel tracking and tracing.

All deliveries are charged at a flat rate of €8.50. This allows up to 10 x 30kg boxes to be delivered to the same address on the same day in Ireland.

Pick-Up Orders

We offer pick-up orders for our local customers. To arrange a pick-up order, you must place it before 3:00 p.m. and indicate it is for ‘Pick Up’ when you place it. 

Pick-up times are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.

INTERNATIONAL - We ship worldwide.

We welcome you to place your order, and we will calculate the transportation cost using our regular courier service. However, you are also welcome to use your courier service if you'd like.

Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany, Monaco: Starting from €42 per parcel, depending on weight.

Payment Methods

Credit Cards.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, all Debit cards. Please have the credit card number, expiration date, and security code ready when you call to pay for an order.

We accept PayPal payments.

We accept REVOLUT Payment Link upon customer request. 

For payment online, please ask us for our bank details.

At the warehouse, we ONLY accept credit/debit cards and bank drafts.

*Bank Drafts and cheques will be accepted only for customers with previously agreed-upon payment terms authorised by Pet Store Systems. Please ask for details.  

 

Discrepancies and Requests for Credit

Any request for credit due to discrepancies between what was ordered and what was shipped must be made within two working days from the delivery date. Please email or call with the details.

 

Returns

If a return is necessary, customers must contact us at (021) 480 9112. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
